EYEBROW SHAPING BASICS
Follow these seven steps to get beautifully shaped eyebrows.
1With a disposable mascara wand or a spoolie brush, brush eye- brow hairs upwards to prepare for Step 2.
2With a pair of scis- sors, trim any hair that is longer than your eyebrow shape.
With angled twee-
zers, pluck the areas above and below the eye- brows. Then, pluck stub- born and shorter hairs.
4Place a straight object, such as an eyeliner pencil or a ruler, vertically on your face. Place it so that it touches the outer corner of your nose and the inner corner of your eye. This line de- termines where your eye- brow should start. Mark that spot with an eyebrow pencil. Repeat for the other eye.
