Start creating your smoky eye look by drawing a line with a pencil close to the base of the upper lashes. Don’t worry if this line isn’t perfect, you
will improve it later.
Use a thin brush and blend the line from the base of the eyelashes upwards to create a gradation in the color. The effect must be intense on the base of the lashes and lighter on
the center
of the eyelid.
Use a black eyeshadow to draw the line and blend it upwards. Remember
to work the texture on the back of your hand before setting the pigments on the hairs of the brush and avoid color smudging under the
eye area.
Draw a line
close to the lower eyelashes and blend it from the inner corner outwards.
With a thin brush, apply
a thin layer
of powder to set the line and prevent it from smudging.
You can use this technique with any color and create a smoky eye effect using your favorite color harmony.
