SALES FLOOR GROUND RULES
Eating and drinking are not permitted on the sales floor at any time. Chewing gum is not allowed on the sales floor or while speaking on the telephone with a client.
Personal cell phones, beepers are not permitted on the selling floor or during paid work time. These items should be stored in the stock room and may be used during break periods only.
Retail employees who choose to smoke cigarettes during their break periods are requested to do so away from the work premises and out of view of Lancôme clients. Employees must also not be in the Lancôme uniform (i.e., remove any lab coat or wing pin) while smoking cigarettes on a break. Employees must wash hands and use breath mints or toothbrush for odors on breath or hands, and spray Lancôme Fragrance before returning to the sales floor.
Religious or cultural beliefs and disabilities concerning dress or appearance will be accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
