Dear All,
L’Oréal has always believed that a thriving staff is a key factor for long-term success. Within this scope, we are very happy to introduce the first project developed especially for Lancôme Beauty Advisors in collaboration with the Corporate Health and Safety Department team: Lancôme Beauty Advisors’ Well-Being at work and in their life.
As you may know, since 2010, the L’Oréal Corporate Health & Safety Department has deployed an ergonomic program called “Ergonomic Attitude”. This program is designed to optimize working conditions and improve the quality of our working lives by reducing physical efforts, redesigning workstations as well as improving working postures. It’s a win-win program for everyone: apart from supporting our staff and considerably diminishing injuries, it allows our Beauty Advisors to increase quality service time with our clients.
This book provides to Lancôme Beauty Advisors ergonomic recommendations about preserving their back at work, as well as suggestions to improve their nutrition, sleep and physical activity.
This Education content will be released at the International Reunions in the 2019 Lancôme Unique Xperience – LUX, Lancôme Fundamentals of Education, under the section: “My Image with Lancôme - Grooming, Attitude, Well-Being.”
However, we can’t wait for you to see it. The book is now available to you, before its official premiere, on Retailme.pro.
