RECOMMEND & DEMONSTRATE
EYE MAKE-UP
RECOMMENDATION & APPLICATION
1. You have asked your client
about her colour preferences.
You can now recommend her an eye look and help her to apply it.
The perfect moment to do it is during the Lancôme Beauty Service.
3. Your client is wearing eyeshadow already,
and does not want her make-up to be removed, propose at least a mascara application. Proceed to a quick mascara removal with a cotton pad and a cotton bud soaked with Bi-facil. During the application, engage the client in a conversation about her eye area:
“Which eye care product(s) are you using at the moment?”
.
2. During Make-up Application, always
explain what you are doing.
4. Offer a service
from the Lancôme Service Menu: “Say it with your eyes”.
