See AHA. Glycolic acid is the smallest member of the alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) family. Over centuries, glycolic acid benefits have become known to improve skin desquamation and is associated with softer, smoother, healthier and younger looking skin by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
