OFFERING A SERVICE GIVES YOU OPPORTUNITIES TO SURPRISE AND DELIGHT YOUR CLIENT, TRANSMIT YOUR EXPERTISE AND APPLICATION ADVICE AND, LAST BUT NOT LEAST, IT PROVIDES YOU WITH AN EXCELLENT OVERTURE TO LINK AND CROSS-SELL HER ON THE PRODUCTS THAT SUIT HER NEEDS.
Although cross-selling via a service is the 5th step in the 7Steps of Sales & Service Excellence, nothing should prevent you from inviting your client to take a seat and have a service whenever it’s most conve- nient. For example: to welcome her to your counter!

During the service, listen to your client and share learning tips.
Your role is to coach and develop her beauty skills. The Demi-Demo® technique, a Lancôme uniqueness, is a simple and exclusive method to teach the client how to make the most of her beauty. Based on the client’s personality, you will apply the products and demonstrate techniques on one side of her face, explaining how to use them. You will then help her to apply the products and use techniques on the other side of her face.
Advanced Génifique and Advanced Génifique Yeux Light-PearlTM are applied during every face and eye service.

STARTING THE SERVICE
Clean hands.
Offer a refreshing wipe to your client too.
Gently blot your client’s face with a tissue.
(no total make-up removal for 2 min. services).
Protect the client's collar with a perfumed tissue.
Use a mirror (Make-up Station or hand) to show your client
your tips and advice.
