WELCOMING A CLIENT AS A GUEST ALSO MEANS ENSURING A CLEAN AND INVITING ENVIRONMENT
everyday, you need to:
Keep all surfaces, brushes and tools clean, without any dust or make-up residues
Follow the merchandising guidelines
Keep testers clean (especially caps) and change them when they are half empty
Remove any personal accessory from the client’s view
Keep drawers and closets tidy and clean – if they are not, do not open them in front of the client
Check for bulbs which are no longer working and attend to their replacement
Check that there are enough service supplies available (cotton pads, tissues, disinfectant, wipes or gel)
Turn on all the electric and electronic devices on at opening time, and off at closing time
Empty the recycling bins throughout the day as necessary
Maintain the Boutique and Treatment Room spaces in accordance with the Brand’s recommendations: with products visible to the client in trays, trolleys and shelves.
