Your objective should be to connect with your client, start a friendly conversation about her concerns. Show her that you want to give her solutions adapted to her needs.
“If I understand your concern correctly, you would like to improve the quality of your skin by focusing on reducing your dark spots.”
This is an opportunity to answer her questions in a precise and expert way. Your answers must, however, be simple enough to be understood and should be adapted to her level of information.
